3. Information on tax relief
- The work of humedica is recognised as charitable by the District Court of Kempten (Allgäu, Germany), the Registry Court VR 10420, and the Tax Office of Kaufbeuren, tax number 125/109/10174. According to the last exemption of the tax office Kaufbeuren received the 6th of April 2021 for the year 2019 humedica is freed from the corporate tax in accordance with section 5 (1) No. 9 of the Corporate Tax Law and, in accordance with section 3 (6) of the Trade Tax Act, also from the trade tax.

9. Corporate affiliations with third parties
- humedica is the parent organisation of the subsidiary organisations humedica Lanka in Sri Lanka, humedica India in India and humedica Brazil in Brazil. However, humedica is in no way affiliated with them under company law.
