Low Administrative Costs

It is an important goal of humedica to keep the administrative costs in a single-digit percent range.

Even when the help that humedica passes on, in most part, comes from donations-in-kind from the medicinal and food branches, support from the countless members and volunteers is vital. School classes collecting for a project, congregations organizing a benefit concert, volunteers launching a glasses campaign – everyone and everything that helps is treasured not only by the employees of humedica, but also by the people who receive the resulting benefits.

Prayer is also important, and not only during times of unrest when employees are being exposed to life-threatening dangers. “We would like to help people in their time of need and show them, that God´s love includes them as well”, CEO Wolfgang Groß sums up the motivation behind the work of humedica. And so it should remain.
