Training Camps
The humedica medical team training offers the possibility to further train for an assignment in a disaster situation. In addition, by partaking in the basic or advanced training courses, doctors can earn 26 or 9 points, respectively, towards their advanced training certificate from the Bavarian Medical Association (Bayerischen Landesärztekammer).
Trainers from humedica will, over the course of two weekends, qualify participants for a foreign assignment in a disaster situation. Apart from a potential assignment with humedica, doctors, medical personnel and pharmacists can partake in the training camps. In the basic training course and the advanced training course you will learn:

- Orientation in strange surrounds
- Dealing with stress and conflict
- Intercultural challenges
Advanced Training
- Learn about how the UN is structured
- Dealing with mental stress
- Introduction to tropical diseases and how to handle them
- Evacuation training
